ReeFlowers Detox-G1100 Activated Carbon is an activated carbon with large surface area, high activity and a very fast acting.

It removes dissolved organic and inorganic wastes and toxic substances from the aquarium water and removes the yellowing compounds from the water. It is used to remove any medication residues in the aquarium water. Phosphate release level is low (POI level is only 1,8). It does not cause algae formation. Provides crystal clear water and enhances water quality to create a healthier environment for the aquarium inhabitants.

INSTRUCTIONS
It is recommended to use it in the media reactor, canister filter, or in a sump section where the water flow is high by using the filter bag provided with the product. It is recommended to rinse before use.

ReeFlowers Detox-G1100 Activated Carbon can be used in both freshwater and saltwater. 90 ml (62,5 g) is used for every 100 lt for general purpose. It is highly recommended to replace the activated carbon on a monthly basis. 90 ml (62,5 g) is used for every 100 lt for removal of yellowing compounds and replace the activated carbon for every 2 weeks until the undesirable color disappears.180 ml (125 g) should be used for every 100 liters after completing a medical treatment to remove active medication residues from the aquarium and should be replaced after 3 days.

Activated carbon is disposable, cannot be reused by washing or applying different chemicals.
